摘  要:目的研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)与肾损伤的相关性。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of science、Cochrane library、CNKI、CBM、VIP、wanfangdata电子数据库,并辅助手工检索,检索时间截至2013年12月,收集OSAHS与肾损伤相关的队列研究和病例对照研究。由2位评价员独立进行质量评价、数据提取并交叉核对后,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入6个病例对照研究,包括659例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,轻、中、重度OSAHS患者血清胱抑素C、尿N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷均高于对照组;中、重度OSAHS患者血清肌酐、尿γ-谷氨酰转移酶均高于对照组;重度OSAHS患者血清尿素氮(BUN)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS与肾损伤相关。Objective To assess the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and renal damage.Methods Such databases as PubMed,EMbase,Web of science,Cochrane library,CNKI,CBM,VIP,wanfangdata electronic databases aided with manual search were screened up to December 2013 for literatures including case control study and cohort study about the correlation between OSAHS and renal injury.Two reviewers independently performed data extraction,quality evaluation and cross check,and Meta analysis was performed with RevMan 5.2software.Results A total of six case control studies were involved,including 659 cases.Meta analysis showed that the levels of serum cystatin C,N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosamidase in light,medium,severe OSAHS patients were higher than those in the control group;the levels of serum serum creatinine,gamma glutamyl transferase in medium,severe OSAHS patients were higher than those in the control group;the levels of serum blood urea nitrogen in severe OSAHS patients were higher than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion OSAHS is significantly related with renal damage.
