摘  要:目的观察注射用七叶皂苷钠联合地塞米松磷酸钠注射液对亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法将85例亚急性甲状腺炎患者随机分为2组,对照组42例予地塞米松磷酸钠注射液甲状腺局部注射,治疗组43例在对照组治疗基础上加注射用七叶皂苷钠静脉滴注。2组治疗4周后观察甲状腺疼痛、触痛缓解时间及甲状腺肿胀消失时间,检测2组治疗前后血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)及超敏促甲状腺激素(S-TSH)水平。结果治疗组治愈率(90.70%)高于对照组(66.67%,P<0.05);与对照组比较治疗组甲状腺疼痛、触痛缓解时间、甲状腺肿胀消失时间及疗程短,复发率低(P<0.05)。2组治疗后T3、T4及STSH治疗组水平与本组治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论注射用七叶皂苷钠和地塞米松磷酸钠注射液联合治疗亚急性甲状腺炎可能存在协同作用,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the curative effect of sodium aescine combined with intrathyroidal injection of dexamethasone on subacute thyroiditis. Methods 85 patients with subacute thyroiditis were divided randomly into two groups. 43 patients in treatment group were treated with Sodium aescine combined with intrathyroidal injection of dexamethasone( 5 mg,one per day,and then once per week). 42 patients in control group received intrathyroidal injection of dexamethasone( 5 mg,one per day,and then once per week.). After four weeks of treatment thyroid pain,tenderness pain relief time and thyroid gland swelling disappeared time were observed. The levels of T3,T4 and S- TSH were detected before and after treatment. Results The treatment group cure rate( 90. 70%) was higher than that in the control group( 66. 67%,P〈0. 05). thyroid pain,tenderness pain relief time and thyroid gland swelling disappeared time were shorten,recurrence rate was lower( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Sodium aescine combined with intrathyroidal injection of dexamethasone is more effective than intrathyroidal injection of dexamethasone alone in treatment of subacute thyroiditis.
