摘  要:以大型履带行走装置的履带板和支重轮相互接触问题为研究对象,构建了支重轮和履带板相互接触的三维模型并对其进行有限元分析,得到履带板和支重轮相互接触的相关特性参数,结论表明,最大接触压力随载荷以及二者接触面曲率变化呈非线性变化,研究为进一步优化和改进大型履带行走装置提供参考。The paper mainly takes the large segments of the crawler walking device and roller contact problem as the research object, build the mutual supporting roller and crawler board contact with 3D model and finite element analysis, get the crawler plate and the roller contact each other related parameters, the conclusion shows that the maximum contact stress changes with load as well as the two contact surfaces curvature is nonlinear, the research in order to further optimize and improve the for large crawler walking device to provide the reference.
