摘　　要：随着旅游资源的不断开发和旅游人数的逐年提高,如何对景点和游客进行管理是一个复杂的问题,另外游客也由单纯的游玩享乐开始转向对自然与人文知识的获取,因此需要对传统的旅游管理模式进行改革。同时,近年互联网技术和移动设备技术的迅猛发展也为改革提供了技术支持。文章主要就是研究通过以网络和计算机数据处理技术为基础建立一套完整的旅游教育平台,隐形地帮助游客在旅游过程中便捷地获取丰富的知识资源,引导游客的行为和理念,合理地分配旅游资源。With the tourism resource development and the tourists increasing year by year,how to manage on scenic spots and tourists is a complex question. Meanwhile,the tourists＇ interests have transferred from simple play to acquisition of the nature and humanistic knowledge. So, we must reform the traditional pattern of tourism management. What＇s more, the increasingly development of internet and mobile devices also provide a technical support for this reform. This paper aims on setting up a complete tourist educational platform built on the internet and data processing technique,helping tourists obtain fund of tourism knowledge,leading tourists＇ behaviors and thoughts,so as to allocate tourism resources properly.
