规范化心率准备技术在冠状动脉CT血管造影中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化心率准备技术在冠状动脉CT血管造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA)中的应用效果。方法 2012年12月便利抽样法选择在第三军医大学大坪医院野战外科研究所放射科行冠状动脉CTA检查的453例患者为对照组,2013年1月同法选择422例患者为观察。对照组患者使用传统的心率准备技术,而观察组患者使用规范化的心率准备技术。比较两组患者呼吸训练合格率、检查准备时间、检查时间、美托洛尔服药率、重复扫描率、前门控扫描率、图像质量等。结果观察组患者的呼吸训练合格率为98.0%,高于对照组的92.5%;检查准备时间为(34.8±1.9)min,少于对照组的(46.3±3.7)min;检查时间为(8.2±1.6)min,短于对照组的(10.4±1.7)min;美托洛尔服药率为25%,低于对照组的55%;重复扫描率为2.7%,低于对照组的5.2%;前门控扫描率为50%,高于对照组的30%,且图像质量明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉CTA检查前规范化心率准备技术的应用使各项环节质量指标明显改善,对提高患者检查的安全性和有效率具有重要的临床意义。Objective To discuss the application effect of standardized preparation of heart rate in coronary CT angiography.Methods By convenience sampling,the patients who used traditional preparation technology of heart rate incorporated into control group（n=453）,while those used standardized preparation technology incorporated into observation group（n=422）.The qualification rate of breathing training,preparation time of examination,examination time,Metoprolol taking rate,scanning repetition rate,PGA scanning rate and image quality were compared between the two groups.Results The qualification rate of breathing training in observation group was 98%,which was higher than control group of 92.5%.Preparation time of examination in observation group（34.8±1.9）min was less than which in control group（46.3±3.7）min;examination time in observation group（8.2±1.6）min was shorter than which in control group（10.4±1.7）min,the rate of taking metoprolol was 25%,which was lower than control group of 55%;scanning repetition rate in observation group was 2.7%,which was lower than control group of 5.2%;PGA scanning rate in observation group（50%）was higher than that in control group（30%）;the image quality was significantly better than control group（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of standardized preparation of heart rate significantly improve the quality of each part,which plays an important role in enhancing patient security and work efficiency.
