便秘患者行结肠镜检查前两种肠道准备方法的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨便秘患者行结肠镜检查前两种肠道准备方法的效果,以期为选择适合便秘患者最佳的肠道准备方法提供临床依据。方法便利抽样法选取2010年9月至2013年9月在解放军总医院健康管理研究院国际部拟进行结肠镜检查的便秘患者1361例为研究对象,按入院时间的先后,将1361例患者分为观察组(n=680)和对象组(n=681)。观察组患者于检查前1d19:00及次日晨检查前3h分别服用磷酸钠盐口服溶液45ml清理肠道,对照组患者于检查前1d19:00口服酚酞片0.2g,次日晨检查前3h服用磷酸钠盐口服溶液90ml清理肠道。记录两组患者对肠道准备的耐受程度和不良反应,以及手术医生对其肠道准备效果满意率。结果观察组患者对肠道准备的耐受度及医生对其肠道准备效果的满意率均高于对照组,且不良反应率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论便秘患者结肠镜检查作肠道准备时,检查前1d19:00及次日晨检查前3h分次服用磷酸钠盐口服溶液的方法,患者更易于接受,不良反应轻,且肠道准备效果更佳。Objective To discuss the effects of two kinds of bowel preparation before colonoscopy in patients with constipation.Methods By convenience sampling,1361 patients with constipation were selected and divided into experimental group（n=680）and control group（n=681）.The experimental group took 45 ml sodium phosphates oral solution to clean up the intestines at 19：00 1day before colonoscopy and three hours before colonoscopy,respectively,and the control group took 0.2g phenolphthalein tablets at 19：00 1day before colonoscopy and 90 ml sodium phosphates oral solution three hours before colonoscopy.Tolerance degree、adverse reaction and the doctor＇s satisfaction level of intestinal cleaning were recorded.Results The experimental group was larger than the control group in tolerance degree of bowel preparation and satisfaction rate of colon cleansing effect,but smaller in adverse reaction rate than control group（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The method of taking 45 ml Sodium Phosphates Oral Solution to clean up the intestines at 19：00 1night before colonoscopy and 45 ml three hours before colonoscopy was more acceptable for patients with constipation,more better in colon cleansing effect and had less untoward effect than the method of taking 90 ml sodium phosphates oral solution in a time.
