国际油价波动对我国第二产业经济发展影响探析

摘　　要：近年来国际油价维持较高价位,使我国众多企业石油消费支出负担加重,一些企业甚至出现减产、破产的窘境,对国内经济发展产生不可避免的影响。在阐述我国石油消费增长和国际油价上涨背景的基础上,分析国际油价上涨与我国第二产业的关系,探讨基于国际油价波动下发展经济的对策。In recent years, international oil prices maintained at high level, which made many domestic enterprises have to add expense to oil consumption, resulting in reduction of output, bankruptcy and inevitable impact on the second industry. Based on discussing the domestic oil consumption increment and the rise of international price, this paper analyses the relationship between the rise of international oil price and China＇s second industry, and puts forward to countermeasure based on the fluctuations of international oil price.
