10%氰氟·精噁唑可湿性粉剂的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱外标法测定10%氰氟·精噁唑可湿性粉剂中各有效成分质量分数。结果表明:氰氟草酯和精噁唑禾草灵的相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9999,标准偏差分别为0.083和0.093,变异系数分别为1.59%和1.77%,平均回收率分别为99.8%和99.6%。Active ingredients in cyhalofop-butyl ＋ fenoxaprop-P-ethyl 10% WP were determined by HPLC with external standard method. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of cyhalofop-butyl and fenoxaprop-P- ethyl were 0.999 8 and 0.999 9, the standard deviations were 0.083 and 0.093, the variation coefficients were 1.59% and 1.77%, the average recoveries were 99.8% and 99.6%, respectively.
