历史文化街区的安全问题浅析——以天津市五大道地区为例

摘　　要：五大道作为天津市最重要的一个历史街区,一直是天津市历史文化保护工作的重点。然而这样一个有着丰富遗产价值的历史街区,目前却面临着诸多安全隐患。本文通过详细梳理五大道街区的消防、抗震、疏散等方面现状,分析其可能存在的安全隐患,据此提出加强五大道街区防灾、减灾能力的改进建议,以期为相关历史文化街区的保护做出贡献。As one of the most important Tianjin Historic District, Tianjin Five Avenue has been the focus of historical and cultural protection work. However, with such a rich heritage value of the historic district, is currently facing a lot of security risks. In this paper, the status of fire protection, antiseismic, evacuation, etc. carding Five Avenue neighborhood detailed analysis of the possibJe security risks, pursuant to the Five Avenue district proposes to strengthen disaster prevention, mitigation recommendations for improvement capabilities, with a view to the protection of the relevant historical and cultural blocks do contribute.
