宾州毛耳叶苔化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究宾州毛耳叶苔Jubula pennsylvanica Steph.全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱及制备高效液相色谱等方法对宾州毛耳叶苔乙醇提取物的乙醚部位进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据结合理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果从宾州毛耳叶苔中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为核木子素E（1）、片叶苔素D（2）、地钱素C（3）、异地钱素C（4）和半月苔素（5）。结论化合物1-5为首次从毛耳叶苔属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Jubula pennsylvanica Steph.. Methods The chemical constituents from the diethyl ether fraction of ethanol extract from Jubula pennsylvanica Jubula Steph. were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods,including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 columns,and semi-preparation HPLC. Structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated based on NMR and MS data,as well as by comparison with the previous data. Results Five compounds were obtained from Jubula pennsylvanica Steph. and identified as perrottetin E（ 1）,riccardin D（ 2）,marchantin C（ 3）,isomarchantin C（ 4）,and lunularin（ 5）. Conclusion Compounds 1-5 are isolated from the plants in genus Jubula for the first time.
