摘　　要：介绍了参数化设计思路与二次开发基本流程,利用Pro/E软件设计了减速器箱体的参数化模型,实现了箱体结构的参数编辑与模型再生功能。通过二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT与VC++语言相结合,采用动态链接库模式(DLL MODE)开发出了减速器箱体的参数化设计交互界面,使箱体的结构设计更加灵活和高效,为箱体类零件的标准化与系列化设计提供了技术支持。The method of parameterized design and second development basic procedure are introduced,and the parameterized model of the reducer box is designed by Pro/E software,then some functions liked parameter editing and model rebuilding of the box is achieved.The second development tool Pro/TOOLKIT and VC＋＋language are combined,and the interface in parameterized design for the box is developed by DLL Mode,in results,the box structure design would be more flexible and highly active,and then some technical support of standardizing and serial design are provided for the parts standardization and seriation design to the box.
