心悦胶囊防治冠心病的研究进展

摘　　要：冠心病具有高发病率和高死亡率的临床特征,严重威胁着人类健康,其防治是一项关乎生命的系统工程。因此,针对冠心病防治的研究一直是国际医学研究的前沿领域。心悦胶囊是以西洋参茎叶总皂苷为主要成分科学精制而成的现代中药,具有益气养阴、和血护心的功效,临床广泛用于冠心病的治疗,疗效确切显著。本文概述心悦胶囊近年来在冠心病防治领域临床和基础研究方面的进展。Coronary heart disease has been one of the most serious diseases threatening human health because of its high morbidity and mortality. The prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease is a system project for life. Therefore, studies on the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease have been the frontier of the international medical research. Xinyue capsule, a kind of modern Chinese medicine, is refined with total saponins in panax quinquefolius as main ingredient. Xinyue capsule for the treatment of coronary heart disease has demonstrated that it has some significant effects in nourishing qi and yin, regulating blood circulation and protecting heart function. This paper summarizes the research progress of Xinyue capsule in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease in recent years.
