钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗掌跖脓疱病35例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的68例掌跖脓疱病患者随机分成两组,全部予复方甘草酸苷片口服,治疗组同时外用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏,对照组同时外用卤米松软膏,两组疗程均为4周,分别于治疗2周和4周后观察疗效,并于治疗4周后随访。结果治疗2周后,治疗组有效率为54.29%,对照组为30.30%;治疗4周后,治疗组有效率为80.00%,对照组为51.52%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率分别为2.86%和6.06%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗结束后4周随访,治疗组复发率为14.29%,对照组为41.18%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效好,安全性好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of calcipotriol betamethasone ointment in the treatment of pal- moplantar pustulosis. Methods Sixty-eight patients of palmoplantar pustulosis were randomly divided into two groups： all patients took compound glycyrrhizin tablets while the treatment group were treated with calci- potriol betamethasone ointment, the control group were treated with halometasone cream, the duration of treatment for these two groups was 4-week. The clinical efficacy observations had been made after 2 weeks and 4 weeks separately and clinical follow-up for 4 weeks. Results Effective rate after 2 weeks of the treat- ment group was 54.29% ,while the control group was 30.30% ; after 4 weeks ,the effective rate of the treat- ment group was 80.00%, while that of the control group was 51.52%. There were statistics significant difference between the two groups on the second week and the four th week （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Adverse effects rate of the two groups were 2. 86% and 6. 06% , the difference was not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The follow-up survey after the treatment concluded 4 weeks showed that the rate was 14. 29% in treatment group while 41.18 % in control group, there was statistics significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The results suggest that calcipotriol betamethasone ointment with compound glycyrrhizin tablets is effective and safe in treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.
