肉芽肿性皮肤松弛症1例

摘　　要：患者女,45岁。腹部丘疹4年,皮肤松弛膨大下垂3年余,溃疡半年余。腹部皮损组织病理示:真皮层弥漫淋巴细胞浸润,可见巨大的多核巨噬细胞,弹性纤维缺失。免疫组织化学示:CD3,CD4,CD45RO,CD68,S-100均(+),CD79,CD20均(-),Ki-67阳性细胞的比率<10%。诊断:肉芽肿性皮肤松弛症。A 45-year-old female patient presented with abdomen papules for 4 years, with slack skin and expanded pen- dulous folds for 3 years, with ulcers more than half a year. Histopathological examination revealed predomi- nant lymphocyte infiltration in the dermis, with numerous muhinucleate giant cells, and loss of elastic fibers. Immunohistochemistry showed positive stain for CD3, CIM, CD45 RO, CD68 and S-100, but negative stain for CD79 and CD20. Ki-67 positive cells acount was less than 10%. A diagnosis of granulomatous slack skin （GSS） was made.
