摘　　要：患者男,23岁。右耳及右耳周头皮起丘疹、结节,痒4个月。皮肤科情况:右耳及右耳周头皮见广泛分布米粒至黄豆大小的红色丘疹、结节。皮肤组织病理示:表皮角化过度,角化不全。真皮内见大量小血管增生,血管内皮细胞肿胀、增生,血管周围密集的淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞为主的炎细胞浸润。诊断:嗜酸性粒细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生。A 23-year-old male presented with itchy papules and nodules in the right ear and the scalp around the right ear for four months. Dermatology examination showed numerous red, grain to soybean-sized papules and nod- ules in the right ear and the scalp around the right ear. Histopathology revealed epidermal hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis, and numerous hyperplasia capillaries in the dermis. The vascular endothelial cells were swelling and prolilerated, surrounded by massive mixed infiltration of lymphocytes and eosinocytes. The diagnosis of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia was made.
