荆芥连翘汤内服对大鼠急性放射性皮炎的预防作用初探

摘　　要：目的观察荆芥连翘汤预防性内服对大鼠放射性皮炎的预防性治疗作用。方法建立大鼠放射性皮炎的模型,比较荆芥连翘汤治疗组(A组)与生理盐水对照组(B组)大鼠的体重、皮炎程度、足肿度、内脏病理的差异。结果 A组大鼠与B组大鼠死亡率差异无统计学意义;两组第15天体重均轻于第6天,造模第6天、第15天两组间体重差异均有统计学意义,A组体重明显大于B组;造模第15天时,A组大鼠放射性皮损积分低于B组,两组差异有统计学意义,造模第6,19天时,两组差异无统计学意义;第15天时,大鼠后爪明显肿胀,第19天时,爪肿胀开始减轻,这两个时点,A组均轻于B组,差异有统计学意义。两组均见肝肾病理性改变,B组病理损害明显,A组见轻微改变。结论荆芥连翘汤预防性内服可减轻局部放射对大鼠肝肾的影响,减轻放射性皮炎程度,值得进一步研究。Objective To observe the preventive therapeutic effect of oral Jingjielianqiao soup （JJLQT） to rat acute radiation dermatitis. Methods After establishing a rat model of radiation dermatitis, the weight, degree of dermatitis, claw swelling degree, visceral pathology was compared between JJLQT treatment group （group A） and the saline control group （group B）. Results There was no statistical significance differ- ence between group A and group B on the rat＇s mortality. The body weight of rat at fifteenth day were lighter than that at sixth day. The rats body weight of group A was significantly higher than that of group B at sixth day and fifteenth day. The radioactive lesions score of group A was lower than that of group B at fifteenth day. There was significant difference between two groups, but no statistically significant differ- ence between the two groups at sixth and nineteenth day. The rat paw swelling of group A was significantly lighter than that of group B at fifteenth and nineteenth day. The pathological injury in liver and kidney were seen in two groups, with alight change in group A and notable changes in group B. Conclusion Oral JJLQT can reduce the influence on liver and kidney of rats with local radiotherapy, and reduce the degree of radioactive dermatitis, which is worthy of further study.
