特比萘芬口服联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗手足癣84例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价口服特比萘芬联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗手足癣的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的168例手足癣患者随机分成两组，各84例。对照组予口服特比茶芬250mg，1次／d，治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上予萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外搽，2～4次／d。两组患者的疗程均为1个月。结果治疗组治疗第1，2，3和4周末的有效率分别为22．62％，51．19％，80．95％和92．86％；对照组分别为14．29％，44．05％，67．86％和70．24％。有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应均未予特殊处理，不影响治疗。结论口服特比萘芬联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗手足癣的临床疗效显著，不良反应小，值得临床选择应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of oral terbinafine combined with naftifine/ketocon- azole cream in the treatment of tinea on feet and hands. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight patients with tinea on feet and hands were randomly divided into 2 groups, 84 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral terbinafine 250mg once daily for one month while the treatment group was treated with topi- cal naftifine/ketoconazole cream two to four times daily in addition to oral terbinafine for one month. Results The effective rates after 1,2,3 and 4 weeks of treatment were 22.62%, 51.19%, 80.95% and 92.86%, respectively in treatment group, while in control group the effective rates after 1,2,3 and 4 weeks of treatment were 14.29% , 44.05% , 67.86% and 70.24% respectively. The total effective rates were significant differ- ent between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reactions of the two groups were not influence the treat- ment,and they were not given special handing. Conclusion Terbinafine combined with naftifine/ketocon- azole cream is more effective in the treatment of tinea on feet and hands with fewer adverse reactions.
