摘 要:针对目前CAPP系统存在的难以解决的集成化与可重构问题,提出一种基于Web Service技术和工作流技术的CAPP系统解决方案,成功实现了工艺设计流程的自动化、系统重组与系统集成。详细阐述了Web Service和工作流技术相结合的CAPP系统三层分布式体系结构、功能结构以及基于知识规则的工艺智能化生成的推理机制。重点介绍了Web Service技术在CAPP系统集成中的应用与实现机制,以及工作流技术在工艺设计流程管理中的应用。For CAPP system , it is difficult to solve the problem of integration and reconfigurable currently , the solutions of the CAPP system based on Web Service and workflow technology was proposed ,which successfully achieved the design process auto-mation and system restructuring and system integration .First,the three-tier distributed architecture and function structure of the CAPP system based on the Web Service and workflow technology were expounded .Then,process intelligent reasoning mechanism based on the knowledge and rules was expounded .Lastly,the application in system integration and realization mechanism of Web Service the CAPP system and the application of the workflow technology in the technology design process management were intro -duced on emphasis .
