摘　　要：随着我国信息技术的不断进步,图书馆迎来了信息化时代,办公自动化程度有了很大的提高,图书馆信息化建设取得了显著的成效。但是,要实现图书的自动化管理、建成数字化图书馆,我们还有很长的路要走。图书馆信息化建设除了受到资金上的影响外,还受到人才、信息服务等因素的影响。在进行图书馆信息化建设时,要以先进的理念为引领,不断地提高工作人员素质,完善管理体制和机制,为其快速发展奠定基础。Along with the development of information technology in our country, the library information construction has made certain progress due to the introduction of the information technology. At present, although the degree of office automation in the library has been greatly improved, there are still some obstacles in the aspects of library automation and digitization construction such as personnel and information service besides funds. This paper will ponder and analyze the main factors affecting library information construction.
