住院患者医院感染率调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查医院住院患者的日医院感染率特点,分析患者日医院感染率与医院感染率之间的关系,为预防医院感染提供参考依据。方法调查医院2007年1-12月5 447例住院患者临床资料,统计患者医院感染率和日医院感染率,采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果共调查住院患者5 447例,总住院日为87 364d,共发生283例医院感染,感染率为5.20%,日医院感染率为3.24‰;日医院感染率较高的科室依次为泌尿外科、血液病科、肾脏病科、心内科,分别为5.53‰、5.27‰、5.23‰、5.04‰;感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,占52.59%。结论患者日医院感染率的调查有助于发现医院感染发生的高危科室。OBJECTIVE To investigate the characteristics of daily incidence of nosocomial infections in the hospitalized patients and analyze the correlation between the daily infection rate and the incidence of nosocomial infections so as to provide guidance for control of nosocomial infections.METHODS The clinical data of 5 447 patients who were hospitalized from Jan 2007 to Dec 2007 were investigated,then the incidence of nosocomial infections and the daily infection rates were taken for statistics,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS13.0 software.RESULTS Totally 5447 hospitalized patients have been investigated,the overall length of hospital stay was 87364days;the nosocomial infections occurred in 283 patients,with the infection rate of 5.20%,the daily infection rate of 3.24‰.The daily infection rate was 5.53‰ in the department of urology,5.27‰ in the department of hematology,5.23‰ in the department of renal diseases,5.04‰ in the department of cardiology.The gram-negative bacteria were the predominant pathogens causing the nosocomial infections,accounting for 52.59%.CONCLUSION It is helpful to conduct the survey of daily infection rate so as to find out the department at high risk of nosocomial infections.
