摘　　要：目的探讨风湿性心脏病患者肺部感染的相关危险因素,并对相关危险因素进行统计分析,以预防肺部感染。方法回顾性研究2010年12月-2012年12月收治的126例风湿性心脏病患者临床资料,观察患者肺部感染情况;并对患者的临床资料进行单因素和多因素logistic回归分析,采用SPSS17.0进行统计处理。结果 126例风湿性心脏病患者中有23例发生肺部感染,发生率为18.25%;单因素分析发现,患者的年龄、病程、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、吸烟、长期卧床、侵入性操作以及住院时间与患者发生肺部感染显著相关;对单因素有统计学意义的因素进行多因素logistic回归分析发现,患者的年龄、COPD、长期卧床、侵入性操作及住院时间的延长是发生肺部感染的独立危险因素。结论导致风湿性心脏病患者发生肺部感染的危险因素较多,临床医师在治疗的过程中对危险因素需要加以控制和预防。OBJECTIVE To study the related risk factors for rheumatic heart disease with pulmonary infections for statistical analysis to prevent lung infections.METHODS Clinical data of 126 patients with rheumatic heart disease in our hospital from Dec.2010 to Dec.2012 were retrospectively studied.The status of lung infections was observed.And the clinical data of patients were conducted with single-factor and multi-factor logistic analysis,the statistical analysis was done with SPSS 17.0.RESULTS The 126 patients with rheumatic heart disease had 23 cases of lung infection,the incidence rate was 18.25%.The single factor analysis found the patient＇s age,disease duration,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）,smoking,prolonged bed rest,invasive procedures and hospitalization time were significantly associated with lung infection.The multi-factor logistic regression analysis for the single factor with statistical significance showed that the patient′s age,COPD,prolonged bed rest,invasive procedures and prolonged hospitalization time were independent risk factors for lung infections.CONCLUSION The risk factors for lung infections in patients with rheumatic heart disease are various.Clinicians in the treatment need to control and prevent the risk factors.
