小青龙汤治疗老年肺炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小青龙汤加减治疗老年肺炎的临床效果,为临床用药提供参考依据。方法选取2010年3月-2012年9月140例老年肺炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各70例;对照组患者给予常规抗炎、平喘、化痰等常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予小青龙汤加减辅助治疗,统计两组患者临床症状消失时间和住院时间,所有数据采用SPSS18.0分析。结果治疗7d总有效率治疗组为91.4%;对照组为74.3%,治疗组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者症状消失时间和住院时间均显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤加减在老年肺炎的治疗中临床疗效明显,能显著改善老年肺炎患者的病情,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of Xiao-Qing-Long-Tang addition-subtraction on treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia so as to provide guidance for clinical use of antibiotics.METHODS A total of 140 elderly patients with pneumonia who were treated in the hospital from Mar 2010 to Sep 2012 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 70 cases in each;the control group was treated with conventional therapies,including anti-inflammation,relieving asthma,and reducing phlegm,while the treatment group was given additional Xiao-Qing-Long-Tang addition-subtraction for adjuvant treatment on the basis of the conventional therapy,the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and the hospitalization duration were taken for statistics,and all the data were analyzed with the use of SPSS18.0 software.RESULTS After the treatment for 7days,the total effective rate of treatment was 91.4% in the treatment group,74.3% in the control group,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was statistically difference（P0.05）.Both the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and the hospitalization duration were significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group,and there were statistically differences（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Xiao-Qing-Long-Tang addition-subtraction can achieve significant clinical efficacy in treatment of the elderly patients with pneumonia and remarkably improve the illness condition,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
