黄芪桂枝五物汤与补中益气汤治疗急性播散性脑脊髓炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤合补中益气汤治疗急性播散性脑脊髓炎临床效果,以期提高临床治疗水平。方法选取2010年4月-2013年4月70例急性播散性脑脊髓炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,每组35例,对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤合补中益气汤治疗,比较两组治疗后临床效果方面差异性,采用SPSS16.0进行分析。结果患者治疗后并发症发生率对照组发生率为37.14%,观察组为5.72%;两组患者肢体麻木、乏力、行走困难、膀胱功能障碍、四肢瘫痪、共济失调等治疗改善率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤合补中益气汤治疗急性播散性脑脊髓炎临床效果显著,不良反应率低。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical results of combined use of huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and buzhong yiqi decoction in the treatment of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis,in order to improve the level of clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 70 cases of patients with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis treated during Apr.2010-Apr.2013 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into two groups,with35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given combined treatment of huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and buzhong yiqi decoction in addition to the conventional Western medicine treatment.After treatment,the difference in clinical effect of the two groups was compared,and analyzed using SPSS16.0.RESULTS The incidences of complications in the control group and the observation group were 37.14% and 5.72%,respectively.There were also significant differences in the cure rate of numbness,weakness,difficulty in walking,bladder dysfunction,limb paralysis and ataxia efficiency（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The clinical results of combined use of huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and buzhong yiqi decoction in the treatment of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis were significant,and there was a low incidence of adverse reactions.
