摘　　要：目的分析干预性护理对于提高电磁波治疗糖尿病合并皮肤感染患者临床效果的应用研究,以降低皮肤感染率。方法 2010年1月-2013年12月入选糖尿病合并皮肤感染患者142例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各71例;观察组进行全程规范化干预性护理,对照组应用常规护理,比较两组患者的治疗依从性及临床效果,所有数据采用SPSS17.0进行分析。结果观察组的总有效率88.73%显著高于对照组的74.65%,患者治疗依从性观察组显著高于对照组;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并皮肤感染患者施行全程规范化干预性护理,对皮肤溃疡破损进行积极预防,可有效控制皮肤感染,临床效果确切,延缓病情的进展,生存率提升显著。OBJECTIVE The application of nursing intervention in improving the clinical effect of electromagnetic treatment in patients with diabetes mellitus and skin infections was analyzed.METHODS A total of 142 patients with diabetic skin infection were randomly selected between Jan.2010 and Dec.2013,and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 71 cases in each group.The observation group was given full-course standardized nursing intervention and the control group was given conventional treatments.The treatment compliance and clinical results of the two groups were compared.All the data were analyzed using SPSS17.0.RESULTS In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（88.73% vs.74.65%,P0.05）.The treatment compliance of the patients in the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant.CONCLUSION Patients with diabetes mellitus and skin infections were treated with full-course standardized nursing intervention,the damaged skin ulcers were actively prevented,these measures could effectively control skin infections,the clinical effect was clear,the progression of the disease was delayed,and the survival rates were significantly improved.
