摘　　要：目的探讨妇科患者宫腔镜围术期预防医院感染管理措施,减少宫腔镜侵入性操作引起的医院感染,规范宫腔镜手术的流程。方法调查医院2012年1月-2013年3月妇科行宫腔镜手术的1 908例患者资料,对妇科医务人员进行强化消毒隔离制度、医院感染知识培训、提高医护人员防范意识,落实人员、环境和医疗器械等管理,防止宫腔镜手术患者感染。结果通过落实宫腔镜围手术期医院感染措施,改变了妇科医务人员对医院感染控制的理念;改进宫腔镜手术室的建筑布局、宫腔镜的清洗灭菌流程,保证了硬件的落实到位;开展宫腔镜手术的1 908例患者均无医院感染发生。结论落实宫腔镜手术患者围术期医院感染管理措施,可显著降低医院感染发生率。OBJECTIVE To discuss the prevention of perioperative hospital infections among patients after hysteroscopy operation so as to reduce hospital infections induced by hysteroscopic invasive operation and standardize operation procedure.METHODS Data of 1908 patients in Department of Gynecology of Zhejiang Provincial People＇s Hospital from Jan.2012 to Mar.2013 were investigated.Intensified sterilization and isolation,management training on hospital infections,intensified management of staff,environment and medical appliances,and prevention of unnecessary invasive operation were carried out.RESULTS By implementing preventive management of perioperative infection in hysteroscopy operation,the concept of gynecologic staff for hospital infection control was changed.The construction outlay of hysteroscopy operation room and cleaning and sterilization procedures for hysteroscopy were improved,thus assuring putting hardware in place.None of the 1 908 patients developed hospital infections.CONCLUSION Intensified preventive management of perioperative hospital infections among hysteroscopy patients can decrease the incidence of hospital infections.
