腹腔镜清洗消毒过程中的影响因素及控制对策研究

摘　　要：目的分析与探讨腹腔镜清洗消毒过程中的影响因素及控制对策,为临床腹腔镜消毒提供参考和依据。方法选择医院2011年3月-2012年8月使用后的腹腔镜共180件,其随机分为对照组和观察组各90件,其中,对照组腹腔镜主要采用常规的清洗和消毒方法,观察组则采用改进的清洗、消毒措施进行处理,比较两组腹腔镜的清洗时间、清洗效果和灭菌效果,数据均采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行分析。结果腹腔镜的清洗时间观察组为(9.94±3.84)min、对照组为(8.32±4.21)min,两组比较差异无统计学意义;清洗后,观察组隐血试验阴性88件、阳性2件,合格率为97.8%,对照组隐血试验阴性80件、阳性10件,合格率为88.9%,观察组腹腔镜清洗合格率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.714,P<0.05)。结论配置系统的消毒清洗设备,严格按照清洗、消毒等程序步骤进行,对确保腹腔镜手术器械的洁净安全与降低患者的手术感染率有十分重要的意义。OBJECTIVE To analyze and discuss the influencing factors and control strategies of cleaning and disinfection for the laparoscope so as to provide reference for clinical disinfection of laparoscope.METHODS A total of180 laparoscopes used during Mar.2011 to Aug.2012 in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,i.e,the control group of 90 laparoscopes processed with conventional cleaning and disinfection methods and the observation group of 90 laparoscopes with modified cleaning and disinfection methods.Two groups were compared for laparoscopic cleaning time,cleaning effect and sterilization effect.Data were analyzed with the SPSS17.0software.RESULTS The laparoscopic cleaning time was（9.94±3.84）min for the observation group and（8.32±4.21）min for the control group,the difference between the groups was not significant（P0.05）.After cleaning,the occult blood test showed 88 laparoscopes had negative results and 2positive in the observation group,with a pass rate of 97.8%,while 80 laparoscopes had negative results and 10 positive in the control group,with a pass rate of 88.9%.The cleaning pass rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant（χ2=5.714,P0.05）.CONCLUSION Equipment of the configuration system should be disinfected and cleaned in strict accordance with cleaning and disinfection procedure steps,which is of great importance to ensure clean and safe laparoscopic surgical instruments and reduce operation infection rates for patients.
