摘　　要：目的：评价芍黄通便合剂的急性毒性作用，为临床应用提供科学的参考依据。方法小鼠在禁食不禁水16 h 后，分别灌胃不同剂量的芍黄通便合剂，观察并记录给药后14 d 内小鼠的中毒表现及死亡情况，结果用 DAS 3.0.8软件计算其半数致死量（ LD50）。结果小鼠在灌胃芍黄通便合剂后先后出现自主活动减弱，行动迟缓、不协调，继而出现趴伏及呼吸困难，多数小鼠在给药后1 h 内死亡。解剖死亡小鼠，见呼吸先于心脏搏动停止，存活小鼠第3天全部恢复。测得其 LD50为82.062 g / kg，回归方程 Y（Probit）=-18.096﹢12.066＆#215; Log（ D），LD50（Feiller 校正）95%的可信限为75.489~89.207 g / kg。结论芍黄通便合剂的 LD50为82.062 g /Objective To investigate the acute toxicity of Shaohuang Laxative Mixture to provide the scientific basis for its clinical ap-plication. Methods Mice with fasting and non - prohibiting water for 16 h were gavaged with different doses of Shaohuang Laxative Mixture. The poisoning manifestations and dead mice within 14 d were observed and recorded. The LD50 was calculated with the DAS 3. 0. 8 software. Results After gavaging Shaohuang Laxative Mixture, the mice appeared the weakened autonomic activity, slow and uncoordinated moving at first, then lying prone and dyspnea appeared, most of them died within 1 h after drug administration. Dissecting the dead ones found that the respiratory arrest was antecedent to the cardiac beat stop, the survival ones recovered on 3 d. The obtained LD50 was 82. 062 g / kg, the regression equation Y（Probit） = - 18. 096 ﹢ 12. 066 ＆#215; Log（ D）, LD50 （Feiller correction） 95% confidence limit was 75. 489 - 89. 207 g / kg. Conclusion The LD50 of Shaohuang Laxative Mixture is 82. 062 g / kg.
