2010年至2012年我院中药注射剂利用分析

摘　　要：目的了解中药注射剂的使用情况和用药趋势。方法计算各类药品的年消耗金额、用药频度和日均费用,并分别选取年用药金额和用药频度前15位的单品种中药注射剂,统计并分析医院2010年至2012年中药注射剂使用情况。结果中药注射液的使用量呈逐年增长趋势,2012年的临床销售金额较2010年增长91.05%,以理血剂为主,其次为清热剂、补益剂、开窍剂。结论中药注射剂临床应用较广泛,应重视其安全性、有效性,且应合理选择使用。Objective To study the use situation and medication trend of Chinese patent medicine injections in our hospital. Methods The annual drug consumption sum, DDDs, DDC in various kinds of Chinese patent medicine injections were calculated and the top 15 of single variety of Chinese patent medicine injection in the annual consumption sum and DDDs were selected. The use situation of Chinese patent medicine injections in our hospital from 2010 - 2012 was statistically analyzed. Results The annual consumption sum of Chinese patent medicine injections was increased year by year and the clinical consumption sum in 2012 was increased by 91. 05%compared with that in 2010. The blood - regulating preparations were predominant, followed by the clearing heat preparations, tonic prepa-rations and resuscitative preparations. Conclusion Chinese patent medicine injections are widely used in clinic, and great attention should be paid to their safety and effectiveness, moreover which should be rationally selected and used.
