两种中药注射剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的成本效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中药注射剂血栓通与疏血通对于糖尿病周围神经病变(DNP)的疗效,并进行药物经济学评价。方法:收集符合纳入标准的DNP患者。随机分为A、B、C三组。在常规治疗基础上,分别给予前列地尔、血栓通与疏血通注射液。给药前后进行神经功能评分,检测其肌电图,比较三种药物的疗效,并进行成本一效果分析。结果:三组药物治疗DNP总有效率分别为90.48%、86.49%、89.74%,疗效比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。药物治疗后三组患者感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、运动神经传导速度(MCV)均明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。成本-效果分析显示,三组成本效果比(C/E)分别为19.03、8.01、21.06;以B组方案为参照,A、C组的增量成本-效果比(△C/AE)分别为257.89、368.31。结论:现有证据表明,血栓通注射液与疏血通注射液治疗DNP的疗效相当,而血栓通的药物经济学价值高于前列地尔与疏血通,敏感度分析支持该结论。To compare the protective effects of Xueshuantong and Shuxuetong injections for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy （DNP）, and their costs. Methods： A total of 116 patients were randomly di-vided into A, B and C groups. Besides the conventional treatment, patients of the three groups were given Al-prostadil injection, Xueshuantong injection or Shuxuetong injection, respectively, for 14 days. Before and after the treatment, each patient＆#39;s neurological function scores and electromyograms were recorded. The efficacies of the three drugs in the treatment of DNP were compared and their cost-effectivenesses were analyzed. Results：After medical treatment, patients＇ SCV and MCV of all three groups were significantly improved （P〈0.05）. The total effective rates of the three medications A, B and C in the treatment of DNP were 90.48%, 86.49% and 89.74%, respectively, with no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Cost-effectiveness analysis showed that the C/E of three groups were 19.03, 8.01 and 21.06, respectively. Using group B as a reference, ΔC/ΔE for groups A and C were respectively 257.89 and 368.31. Conclusion： The available evidence suggests that Xueshuantong injection has equivalent efficacy to Shuxuetong injection in treatment of DNP, and has higher value of pharmacoeconomics, sensitivity analysis supports this conclusion.
