摘　　要：目的:优化药品库存管理,构建医院药品信息化平台、规范工作流程、完善溯源管理、保障用药安全,实现库存管理水平的持续提高。方法:对2012年8月至2013年7月药品库存管理运用PDCA循环质量管理方法进行回顾性对比分析。结果:药库全部药品的平均周转天数从9.27天降为6.95天,平均周转次数由3.23次加快成4.46次,高值品种的相符率从78.66%上升至100%,全品种的相符率从74.66%上升至90.17%。结论:我院药学部药品库存管理实现全面信息化之后,管理模式更加科学、规范、准确和精细。PDCA方法的运用,对于实现库存管理的标准化、信息化和自动化起到了积极的促进作用。To optimize drug inventory management in a hospital, construct a platform for drug information, standardise operation technological process, improve traceability and capability of store-house management, and to guarantee drug use safety. Methods： PDCA cycle quality management methods were used for the drug inventory management from August, 2012 to July, 2013 in Jiangsu Province Hospi-tal, the effects were retrospectively analyzed. Result： The average turnover day for all drugs dropped from 9.27 to 6.95 days, the average turnover times increased from 3.23 to 4.46 times. The variety match rate for drugs with high values rose from 78.66% to 100%, and the variety match rate for all drugs increased from 74.66% to 90.17%. Conclusion： With the comprehensive information technology, more scientific, standard-ized, accurate and precise management of drug storehouse has been achieved in our hospital. The PDCA method plays a positive role in the standardization, informatization and automation of the inventory manage-ment.
