摘　　要：目的观察柴葛解肌汤加减治疗小儿外感发热的疗效。方法选取2011年6月-2013年1月在四川广汉市中医医院门诊就诊的54例外感发热患儿,均予以柴葛解肌汤加减治疗,每日1剂,3d为1个疗程。结果治愈23例,显效20例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效51例,总有效率为94.4%。结论柴葛解肌汤加减治疗小儿外感发热疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of chaigejieji decotion on children with exogenous fever. Method 54 cases of patients with pediatric exogenous fever received in our hospital from June 2011 to January 2013 were given the treatment of chaigejieji decoction one dose a day, 3 days as a course of treatment. Results 23 cases were cured, 20 cases were significantly effective, 8 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective cases were 51 and the total effective rate was 94.4%. Conclusion Chaigejieji decoction for treating children with exogenous fever has a significant effect and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
