摘 要:目的了解门诊处方抗菌药物使用现状和存在问题,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法随机抽取广东外语外贸大学2013年1-12月门诊部处方3 482张,用Excel表对抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果门诊处方抗菌药物使用率为35.6%,以口服(94.6%)和单独用药(83.1%)为主。阿莫西林胶囊、阿奇霉素片和头孢拉定胶囊居于用药频度前3位,阿莫西林胶囊和阿奇霉素片药物利用指数(DUI)偏高,乙酰螺旋霉素片、替硝唑注射剂和复方磺胺甲唑DUI偏低。结论该门诊部处方抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍存在使用率偏高、联用不当等问题,有待进一步改善。Objective To understand the current state and problems of the use of prescription antibacterial drugs of our outpatient department, and to provide references for a rational clinical application of antibacterial drugs. Method Take 3 482 prescription copies of the outpatient department of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies from January to December 2013 at random, and conduct a statistical analysis of the state of use of antibacterial drugs by means of Excel form. Results The rate of using prescription antibacterial drugs at our outpatient department was 35.6 %, and the main ways of use were oral intake (94.6 %) and single medication (83.1%). The top three in the ranking list of the times and frequency of medication were amoxil capsule, archic enzyme tablet, and cephradin capsule. The former two have a higher DUI while acetylspiramycin enzyme tablet, tinidazole injection, and compound SMZ have a lower DUI. Conclusion The use of prescription antibacterial drugs at the outpatient department is largely reasonable but still has problems such as high use rate and improper combination use, and awaits further improvement.
