摘 要:目的了解大学生健康教育前后对艾滋病的相关知识知晓率、态度和行为,评价健康教育效果,探讨高校预防艾滋病的有效方法。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对天津大学300名大一学生在艾滋病健康教育前、后进行问卷调查并做统计分析。结果开展艾滋病健康教育后,大学生对艾滋病防治知识的知晓率明显上升,教育效果指数均大于1.0,教育前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);对艾滋病感染者的歧视态度明显改善,教育前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对婚前性行为、同性恋以及多个性伴侣的接受程度,教育前后差异无统计学意义。结论开展大学生预防艾滋病的健康教育是必要和有效的,应在大学生中开展多种形式的艾滋病健康教育,以预防和控制艾滋病。Objective To understand the rate of understanding relevant knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of college students towards AIDS before and after receiving the health education, to appraise the effect of health education, and discuss effective ways of preventing AIDS infections at institutions of higher learning. Method Adopt the method of group sampling and conduct a questionnaire survey to 300 freshman year college students of Tianjin University before and after the AIDS health education and make statistical analysis of the surveyed results. Results In the aftermath of receiving AIDS health education, the rate of understanding the knowledge on AIDS prevention and treatment of college students have gained marked increase, and the effect indexes of the health education were all above 1.0. The differences before and after the education in this regard were sta- tistically significant (P〈0.01). Furthermore, the discrimination against AIDS infected persons saw a marked decrease, and the differences before and after the education in this regard were also statistically significant (P〈0.01).As to the degree of receptiveness toward pre-marital sex, homosexuality, and multiple sex partners, the differences as shown before and after the education were not statistically significant. Conclusion Conducting health education on college students on the prevention of AIDS is both necessary and effective, and multiple forms of AIDS health education should be practiced among college students so as to prevent and control the infection and spread of AIDS.
