手术护理路径在经尿道等离子前列腺手术配合中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察经尿道等离子前列腺手术中应用手术护理路径的效果。方法将接受尿道等离子前列腺手术的45例患者随机分为2组,对照组20例患者接受常规护理,观察组25例患者接受手术护理路径护理,对2组患者的住院时间、护理不良事件发生情况以及健康教育知识掌握情况进行比较分析。结果对照组患者住院时间为(10.13±1.64)d,观察组为(8.71±1.58)d;护理不良事件发生率对照组为15.0%,观察组为4.0%;健康知识评分对照组为23.48±1.47,观察组为27.86±1.45;2组患者3项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道等离子前列腺手术中应用手术护理路径较常规护理能缩短住院时间,降低不良事件发生率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the application of surgical nursing path in the transure- thral plasma prostate surgery. Method To divide 45 patients having received tranurethral plasma prostate sur- gery into two groups at random, the 20 patients of the comparison group received conventional nursing, while the 25 patients of the observation group received the nursing of surgical nursing path, and factors such as length of hospitalization, occurrences of nursing accidents, and the grasping of the knowledge of health educa- tion of the two groups were analyzed comparatively. Results The length of hospitalization for the comparison group was （10.13±1.64） d, and that of the observation group was （8.71±1.58） d. The occurrence rate of nursing accidents for the comparison group was 15.0%, and that of the observation group was 4.0%. The score in health education knowledge test for the comparison group was 23.48±1.47, and that of the observation group was 27.86±1.45. For all the three indexes of the two groups, the differences between them were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In comparison with conventional nursing, applying the surgical nursing path to the transurethral plasma prostate surgery shortens the length of hospitalization, lower the rate of the occurrences of accidents, and improve the understanding of the health knowledge on the part of the patients.
