护理干预对促进腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能恢复效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者进行护理干预后胃肠功能的恢复情况。方法选择在牡丹江医学院第二附属医院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的55例患者,随机分为对照组25例和观察组30例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理干预,对2组患者的胃肠功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果对照组患者胃肠蠕动恢复时间以及排气时间分别为(14.2±3.7)d和(32.8±5.6)d,观察组分别为(8.3±2.4)d和(23.7±4.1)d,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为13.3%,对照组并发症发生率为32.0%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者进行综合护理干预能够加快其胃肠功能恢复速度,有效降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventions on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Method 55 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudaniiang Medical University, were randomly divided into control group of 25 cases and observation group of 30 cases. Patients in the control group were received routine nursing and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing interventions. The recovery of gastrointestinal function and complications were compared. Results The recovery time of enterokinesia and the exsufflation time in the control group were （14.2±3.7） days and （32.8±5.6） days, those of the observation group were （8.3±2.4） days and （23.7±4.1） days and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of complications was 13.3 % in the observation group, that of the control group was 32.0% and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can accelerate the speed of its recovery of gastrointestinal function and effectively control the incidence of complications.
