摘　　要：背景 右美托咪定（dexmedetomidine,Dex）作为新型高效的α2肾上腺素受体（α2 adrenergic receptor,α2AR）激动剂,在椎管内麻醉中的镇静镇痛效果逐渐得到临床麻醉医师的认可. 目的 拟通过综述的方式探讨椎管内麻醉应用Dex的前景. 内容 对椎管内麻醉静脉辅助应用Dex镇静、椎管内麻醉Dex与局麻药的复合作用、Dex在椎管内麻醉中预防寒战及Dex的副作用进行综述. 趋向 Dex在椎管内麻醉中将有更广阔的应用价值.Background Dexmedetomidine （Dex） is a highly selective α2 adrenergic agonist.It is an attempt to improve sedative/analgesic use and more and more applied in intravertebral anesthesia.Objective This article intends to review the study of the intravertebral anesthesia＇s application of Dex.The purpose is to inspire some new research ideas.Content This article is a review of Intravenous and intravertebral Dex in intravertebral anesthesia.In the mean time,this article is related to shiver prevention and the side effects of Dex being in intravertebral anesthesia.Trend Dex will have more broad application value in intravertebral anesthesia
