摘 要:为完善安全科学学原理,促进安全科学的理论发展,基于对安全科学原理体系的认识,分析研究该体系中的安全毒理学原理。提出安全最小剂量原理、活性结构相关安全原理、染毒条件影响安全原理、毒物叠加效应安全原理、机体因素影响安全原理和环境因素影响安全原理等6条毒理学核心原理。结合系统原理和危险度管理构建原理的轮型结构,解释其构成及诸原理间的逻辑性与关联性。研究结果得出以安全科学和毒理学为基础的新原理体系,并讨论这些原理在危险度评价中的应用。In order to enrich the content of safety science principles and promote the theoretical development of safety science, several basic toxicology principles were put forward and analyzed based on understanding of safety science theories, which were minimum safety dose principle, the safety structure-activity relationship principle, the safety contamination principle, the safety toxicity combined effect principle, the safety organic factors principle and the safety environmental factors principle. Then a " wheel pattern" structure of these principles was constructed on basis of both the systematic theory and risk management principle. Furthermore, logicality and relevance of these principles as well as content of structure were explained. The investigation results provide a new system of principles based on safety science and toxicol- ogy, and application of these principles in risk assessment was analyzed.
