摘  要:针对胜利油田郑411区块深薄层超稠油油藏在多轮次HDCS吞吐生产后出现的问题,利用三维物理模拟设备,进行了超稠油油藏转HDCS蒸汽驱的实验。通过模拟实验,得到了在不同生产方式下的生产特征,研究了HDCS吞吐后期以及转换为HDCS蒸汽驱后流体在油藏中的分布以及变化,并在模拟蒸汽驱的基础上,进行了在氮气泡沫、栲胶、氮气泡沫+栲胶实验。结果表明,经过多轮次吞吐后,模型内部压力大幅下降,产油量下降,产水大幅增加,需要以HDCS驱作为接替生产方式,之后采用氮气泡沫+栲胶封堵汽窜通道的复合调剖方式,蒸汽驱时的产油量显著增加,含水率降低,使超稠油油藏的采收率得到了进一步的提高。With regard to problems occurring after several rounds of HDCS in deep and thin extra- heavy oil reservoirs in Block Zheng- 411 in Shengli Oilfield,the 3D physical simulation equipment is used for experiment of steam drive after HDCS. Production features under different technologies are obtained. Fluid distribution and changes at the late stage of HDCS and in steam drive after HDCS are investigated. On the basis of steam drive simulation,tests are made with nitrogen gas foam,tannin extract,and nitrogen gas foam + tannin. The result indicates that the pressure in the model drops greatly,oil production declines and water production increases greatly,after several rounds of HDCS. Therefore,HDSC is a substitute for production,and then nitrogen gas foam + tannin is used to plug gas channeling area. The production increases greatly with steam drive and water cut declines,which further increases the recovery rate of extra- heavy oil reservoir.
