摘 要:针对渤南油田高温高盐油藏注入水沿高渗透条带窜进的问题,运用硅质树脂封堵地层高渗透条带方法调整注水剖面,进行了复合硅质与醛类固化剂及促凝剂生成硅质树脂封窜调剖体系的研究。研究表明,硅质树脂强度大于100 kPa,对高渗透率单管岩心封堵率大于98%,能够满足温度为100~160℃、矿化度为3000~50000 mg/ L 的油藏条件下封窜调剖要求。在渤南十区现场试验中注水井的油压增加了2.83 MPa,对应油井累计增油达3107 t,取得了显著增油降水效果;硅质树脂封窜调剖是一种改善高温高盐油藏开发效果的有效技术。To solve the problem of injected water channeling along high permeability strips /zones in the high temperature and high salinity oil reservoir of Bonan oilfield,waterflooding profiles were controlled by blocking the high permeability channels with siliceous resin,and the generation of siliceous resin system for channeling blockage and profile control by use of composite silicon / aldehyde firming agent and setting accelerator. The study shows the siliceous resin,with a strength of greater than 100 kPa,a blockage rate of greater than 98% to the high permeability core in a single tube,can meet the requirements of channeling blockage and profile control under the reservoir temperature of 100- 160℃ and salinity of 3 000- 50 000 mg /L. In the field test in Block Bonan- 10,tubing pressure in injector increased by 2. 83 MPa and the oil production from the producer increased by 3 107 t,showing remarkable results of oil production increase and water reduction. Thus it can be seen siliceous resin system for channeling blockage and profile control is an effective technique to improve the development results of high temperature and high salinity oil reservoirs.
