摘  要:为实现胜利油田薄互层低渗透砂岩油藏、页岩油藏的开发,研制了套管固井滑套多级分段压裂完井工艺管柱。形成了以套管固井,可开关滑套及液压开关工具等为主体的分段压裂完井工艺。该工艺具有固井完井分段压裂一体化管柱、压裂级数不受尺寸限制、大通径等优点,满足大排量、大规模的压裂需要,后期可选择性开启或关闭滑套实现生产控制。该工艺技术通过现场试验取得了一定的认识和研究成果,但仍存在地层难被压裂出有效裂缝等问题,针对压裂存在的问题开展分析,提出下一步解决对策及研究方向。In order to realize the development of low- permeability sandstone reservoir and shale reservoir with thin interbeds in Shengli Oilfield,sliding sleeve staged fracturing completion string for cased cementing is developed. A staged fracturing completion process with cased cementing,and using switchable sliding sleeve and hydraulic switch tools is formed. The process adopts an integrated cementing,completion and staged fracturing string,with fracturing stage not limited by size and with large drift diameter. So this process can meet the need for large displacement rate and large- scale fracturing operation. At the late stage,the sliding sleeve can be closed or opened to realize production control. Further understanding and research results for the process are obtained through field tests. However,there are some problems. For example,it is hard to create effective fractures. Through analysis on these problems,solutions and research directions in the future are proposed.
