重民思想是中国古代人民群众观的核心范畴

摘　　要：重民思想是中国古代人民群众观的核心范畴,其在与民本思想互证、互补与互融的同时,更对民本思想有着统摄作用。重民思想由重人思想派生,重人思想不仅仅派生重民思想,还派生重君思想,以人为本不仅仅通向民本,更通向君本,民本始终从附于君本。先有重人重民思想,后有民本思想,重民思想较之民本思想具有更宏阔的解释力,其在实际政治运行中的实现程度远远高于民本思想的实现程度;因为民重,才有了重民思想的发生,关于民本的各式言说是对重民思想的多面相表达,重民思想长期存在并作用于中国古代社会的多重领域,影响深远弥久。The thought of valuing people is a core category in the people-masses views of Chinese anciant time,it mutually evidences, supports and mixes with the people-based thought,meanwhile, it can command the later one. The thought of valuing people was derived from the thought of valuing men in which derived not only the thought of valuing people, but the thought of valuing monarches. The men-based thought can lead to the people-based thought, further more, to the monarches-center thought. The people-bases thought was always subordinate to the monarches-center thought. The both thoughts of valuing men and valuing people existed at first, follow the both thoughts, the people-based thought was existed. The thought of valuing people has more grand explanational power than the people-based thought, in real political practices the effects of the thought of valuing people is bigger than the people-based thought. Because of the people importance, the thought of valuing people was just existed, lots of words about the people-based thought all were the expression toward to the thought of valuing people. The thought of valuing people was existing and effecting in many fields through Chinese ancient time, its important influences have still being in the present China.
