健脾补肾化瘀固摄方治疗原发性肾病综合征38例

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨健脾补肾化瘀固摄方对原发性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法:将73例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为观察组38例和对照组35例,对照组患者给予足量激素治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用健脾补肾化瘀固摄方,8周后观察疗效。结果:观察组患者在血浆白蛋白、24小时尿蛋白、总胆固醇、体重方面恢复程度较对照组优异,两组结果经统计学处理,P<0.05。结论:在激素使用的基础上加用中药治疗,可以提高原发性肾病综合征的治疗效果,临床效果显著。Objective：To evaluate the effect of the TCM Therapy of Enforcing Spleen,Nourishing Kidney,Absorb Clots and Inducing Astringency on primary nephrotic syndrome.Messade：73 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were divided into observation group（n= 38） and control group（n = 35） randomly.The patients in control group received enough hormone and those in observation group used the TCM Therapy of Enforcing Spleen,Nourishing Kidney,Absorb Clots and Inducing Astringency on the basis of therapy in the control group.count up the the effect after 8 weeks.Result：The recovery degree of observation group is better than the control on the level of plasma albumin,ptoteinuria in 24 hour,total cholesterol（TC） and weight.the results of the two groups of statistical tests（P 0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion：on the basis of hormone use and treatment with TCM can improve the therapeutic effect of primary nephrotic syndrome,clinical effect is remarkable.
