温通止痛贴中黄芩苷含量的测定

摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC法测定温通止痛贴中黄芩苷的含量。方法：用C18安捷伦液相色谱柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）;流动相A为甲醇,流动相B为0.125%磷酸,二元梯度洗脱,检测波长：278nm,流速：1mL/min,柱温：30℃。结果：黄芩苷进样量在0.194~1.94μg范围内线性关系良好（n=6）,平均加样回收率为100.03%。结论：该法方便、准确,可用于温通止痛贴质量控制。Objective ：To establish a method for determination of baicalin in Wentongzhitong Plasters posted by HPLC.Methods：The Agilent C18 column（4.6 mm × 150 mm,5μm） was used.The mobile phase A consisted of methanol and the mobile phase B was 0.125% phosphoric acid solution.The flow rate was 1.0mL /min.The detection wavelength was 278nm and the column temperature was 30℃.ResμLts：The linear range of baicalin was good in 0.194 ~ 1.94μg（n = 6）.The average recovery rate was 100.03%.Conclusion：The method is convenient,accurate,which can be used for determination of baicalin in Wentongzhitong Plasters posted.
