摘　　要：阐述了连锁零售企业逆向物流管理的内涵与特点,分析了我国连锁零售企业逆向物流管理的问题,提出我国连锁零售企业逆向物流管理的改进策略。In this paper, we illustrated the connotation and characteristics of the reverse logistics management of chain retailing enterprises, analyzed the problems in the management of reverse logistics of the chain retailing enterprises in China, and at the end proposed the strategies for improvement.
