摘　　要：阐述了我国物流业发展状况和相关立法现状,分析了我国物流业所面临的主要法律困境及其成因,提出了完善物流立法、规范市场机制以维护物流业经营人的合法利益、提升物流政策法规建立中政府的引导作用等建议。In this paper, we illustrated the current status of the development of the logistics industry in China and its legislation, analyzed the major legal dilemmas faced by the industry and the corresponding causes and then proposed the suggestions to help remedy the problems and improve the situation.
