保税港区内仓储物流业务的法律特征分析

摘　　要：在分析保税港区法律研究的必要性和紧迫性的基础上,从保税港区内仓储物流业务的基本法律特征入手,分析了仓储物流业务的主体、对象及合同特征,然后进一步考察保税港区这一特殊区域的仓储物流业务不同于一般仓储物流业务的附加法律特征,从而揭示保税港区内仓储物流业务的总体法律特征。In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the necessity and urgency of the research of laws pertaining to the bonded ports, we analyzed the agent, object and contractual characteristics of the warehousing and logistics businesses and then further examined the different additional legal characteristics of the warehousing and logistics businesses in bonded port areas from other common warehousing and logistics businesses.
