摘　　要：根据定制型制造企业的业务流程及供应链构成特点构建Petri网模型,进而采用基于变迁时间的研究方法,针对企业工作流、物料流,逐个触发变迁,考察整个系统完成时间,查找不合理变迁,并进行改善,从而达到优化定制型制造企业供应链结构的目的,最后通过典型企业实例验证方法的实用性和有效性。In this paper, in accordance with the business process of the customization-oriented manufacturing enterprises as well as the compositional characteristics of their supply chain, we examined the working processes of this type of enterprises ,built the corresponding Petri nets model and then through an empirical study on a typical enterprise verified the practicality and effectiveness of the method.
