摘　　要：目的 探讨上海市成人静脉血淋巴细胞绝对值的参考范围。方法 收集3081例健康体检的成人静脉血,用日本Sysmex公司XT-1800i全自动血细胞分析仪进行检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 上海市成人静脉血淋巴细胞绝对值的参考范围：男性（1.02-3.35）×10^9/L,女性（0.94-3.18）×10^9/L,男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。与《全国临床检验操作规程》第3版的参考范围比较,范围明显缩小,但差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 为了更好地指导临床诊疗工作,应该建立本地区本实验室淋巴细胞绝对值的参考范围。Objective To investigate the range of reference data for lymph of venous blood cells in healthy adults in Shanghai. Methods Three thousand and eighty-one blood samples of healthy adults were collected and detected with XT · 1800i automated blood cell analyzer from the Japan Sysmex Corporation, and then, detection results were analyzed statistically. Results The range of reference data for lymph# of venous blood cells in healthy male adults in Shanghai was（ 1.02 - 3.35 ）× 10^9/L, and the range for female adults was （0.94 -3.18） × 10^9/L. Results showed that the range for the male was higher than that of the female, and statistical significance could be seen, when comparisons were made between them （P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the reference data as specified in ＂ the National Clinical Laboratory Operating Procedures＂ （3rd edition）, the range of the reference data was obviously reduced, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Normal range of reference data should be established for local application in the laboratory and in the region as well, so as to give better advice to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
