摘  要:针对某电厂700 MW汽轮机高压调节阀(governing valve,GV)出现高振动、高噪声的现象,从外振动源传导、伺服控制机构调节性能、部件间隙、蒸汽流动冲击及共振等方面进行分析,得出半球形阀芯容易造成GV振动大的结论。将阀芯由半球形更换为平底凹口形,对改造前后的阀杆和油管振动值进行对比,结果说明采用平底凹口形阀芯能有效降低GV的振动和噪声。This paper analyzes problems of high vibration and noise of high pressure governing valve of 700 MW steam tur-bine in some power plant in aspects of external vibration source conduction,regulating performance of servo control mecha-nism,component gap,steam flow impact and resonance.It draws a conclusion that big GV vibration is easy to be caused by hemispheric valve element.By changing hemispheric valve element into flat base and notch valve element and comparing vi-bration values of valve rod and oil pipe before and after transform,the result showed that it was effectively able to reduce vibration and noise of GV by using flat base and notch valve element.
