适应于跨区电网输电交易的综合线损率修正方法

摘　　要：线损率是输电交易结算过程中决定电价或结算电量的重要因素,其计划值的准确与否直接关系到交易各方的经济利益。针对我国当前跨区输电交易中综合线损率方案的不足,提出一种理论计算与实际统计数据相结合的、考虑线损率随线路输送功率变化的综合线损率计划值的修正方法,该方法能大大减小线损率计划值与真实值间的误差,具有准确度高、可靠性好、适应性强的优点,并能较好地应用于我国某特高压跨区输电交易中,促进了输电交易的公平性。Line loss rate is an important factor that may determine power price or settlement for electric quantity in process of power transmission trading settlement.So veracity of its planning value is directly related to economic benefits of all trading parties.Aiming at disadvantages of comprehensive line loss rate schemes for cross-regional power transmission trading in our country,this paper proposes a kind of correction method for planning value of comprehensive line loss rate which combines theoretical calculation with actual statistic data and considers change of line loss rate with change of line transmit-ting power.This method was able to greatly reduce errors between planning value of line loss rate and true value and was pro-vided with advantages such as high veracity,good reliability and strong adaptability for preferably being applied in some UHV cross-regional power transmission trading and promoting fairness of transaction.
